Privacy Policy

Last updated: 23 August 2026

This policy explains what personal information RYZE Fitness Club collects through this website and at the club, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors, enquirers and members.

1. Who we are

RYZE Fitness Club operates a fitness club at 4th floor, 1-58/5/A, Opp. Furniture Palace, above Bank of India, StratApps Office Building, P Janardhan Reddy Nagar, Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana 500032. For any privacy question, call us at +91 90001 95748 or message us on WhatsApp. We are the data controller for the information described here.

2. Information we collect

  • Details you give us: name, phone number, email address (if you share it), preferred class or programme, booking date and time, and anything you write in a message or enquiry form.
  • Membership and payment records: plan chosen, start and end dates, amounts paid and payment status. Card and bank details are handled by our payment provider or bank — we do not store full card numbers on this website.
  • Health information you choose to share: injuries, medical conditions or goals you disclose to a coach so we can train you safely. You are never required to share this on the website.
  • Website and device data: pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type, and referral or campaign parameters (UTM tags) stored in your browser so we know which advert or link brought you to us.
  • On-premise records: attendance and access logs when you check in at the club.

3. Why we use it

  • To respond to enquiries, confirm class bookings and manage your membership.
  • To contact you by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email about your booking or account.
  • To run the club safely, including attendance and access control.
  • To improve the website and understand which campaigns bring people to the club.
  • To send occasional offers or club updates — only where you have agreed, and you can opt out at any time.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of cookies and similar browser storage. Some are essential for the site to work; others help us measure traffic and conversions through analytics tools. Campaign parameters are stored in your browser for up to 90 days so an enquiry can be attributed to the source that referred you. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may then behave differently.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the club and this website — for example hosting and database providers, analytics tools, messaging platforms such as WhatsApp, and payment processors — and only to the extent they need it. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect the safety of our members and staff.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not convert are kept for a limited period and then deleted. Membership, billing and attendance records are kept for as long as you are a member and afterwards only for the period required by law or to resolve disputes.

7. How we protect it

Access to member data is limited to staff who need it. Our website and database are served over encrypted connections, and database access is controlled by per-user permissions. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please choose a strong password if we ever issue you an account and tell us immediately if you think it has been misused.

8. Your choices and rights

  • Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct anything that is inaccurate or out of date.
  • Ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep.
  • Withdraw consent for marketing messages at any time.

To make a request, contact us on +91 90001 95748. We may need to verify your identity before we act on it.

9. Children

Membership and bookings are intended for adults. Anyone under 18 may only train with the written consent of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for any information shared with us.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the club and this website evolve. The date at the top always shows when it was last revised, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
