Terms & Conditions

• Memberships are personal, non-transferable, and valid only for the named member.
• Your plan, price, start date and commitment period are those recorded in the agreement you sign at enrolment. Where anything on this website differs, the signed agreement applies.
• Prices shown online are indicative and may change. Any offer, including limited founding-member pricing, is subject to availability and the conditions stated with it.
• You must be 18 or over to hold a membership in your own name.

• Fees are payable in advance for the plan period you select.
• Freeze and cancellation options depend on your plan type and are set out in your enrolment agreement. Requests must be made in writing at the front desk or by message to the number below.
• Unless your agreement states otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable, and a cancellation takes effect from the end of the current paid period.
• Unused sessions or days do not carry over and have no cash value.

• Class slots, timings and coaches shown on the schedule may change. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of any change.
• Places are limited; a booking is confirmed only once we acknowledge it.
• Please cancel a booking you cannot attend so someone else can take the slot. Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions.

• Exercise carries inherent risk. You confirm that you are medically fit to train and that you have consulted a doctor if you have any condition, injury or are pregnant.
• Tell your coach about any condition, medication or injury that could affect your training. You train at your own risk and within your own limits.
• Follow staff instructions, use equipment as demonstrated, and stop immediately if you feel unwell.
• Nothing on this website is medical or nutritional advice. It is general fitness information only.

• Wear appropriate training shoes and clothing; re-rack weights and wipe down equipment.
• Respect other members and staff. Harassment, intoxication or abusive behaviour is not tolerated.
• Filming or photography that includes other members requires their consent.
• We may suspend or terminate a membership, without refund, for serious or repeated breaches of these rules.

Please do not bring valuables to the club. Lockers are provided for convenience only, and we are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal property except where caused by our own negligence.

Opening hours are Monday – Sunday 5:00 AM – 11:00 PM. Hours may be adjusted for public holidays, maintenance or circumstances outside our control, and specific areas or equipment may occasionally be unavailable.

• Content on this site — text, images, branding and layout — belongs to RYZE Fitness Club and may not be copied or reused commercially without permission.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the site, access data that is not yours, or submit false or automated enquiries.
• We aim to keep information accurate and available, but the site is provided on an "as is" basis and may occasionally be offline or contain errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RYZE Fitness Club is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for injury or loss arising from your failure to follow staff instructions, disclose a health condition, or use equipment properly. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction over any dispute.
