Strength training at RYZE is built around progressive overload — adding weight, reps or quality of movement week after week so your body has a clear reason to adapt.
You get a full free-weight zone with Olympic bars and bumper plates, commercial-grade selectorised machines, and a dedicated deadlift and Olympic lifting area, plus coaches on the floor to check your technique.
8–10 minutes of mobility and ramp-up sets for the day's main lift.
Squat, deadlift, bench or overhead press with coached technique cues.
Machine and dumbbell work targeting weak links and muscle balance.

Building visible size takes years of deliberate eating and training. For most members, strength work means a leaner, tighter and more athletic shape.
Three to four sessions a week is the sweet spot for most members. Your coach will structure a split that fits your schedule.
